Additional Information:
Cloonliffen NS is looking for a Bus Escort to accompany a child with additional needs to our school. School begins at 9.20am. Applicants would need to be available in the morning and again at 3pm, 5 days per week.
The current hourly rate, set by the Department of Education is €15.82 per hour (+8% Holiday Pay). The escort is responsible for the safety of the child on board and will be required to provide pupil care needs.
Good communication skills and experience of caring for/working with children with additional needs is desirable.
Appointment is subject to Garda vetting and appropriate character references.
It is a requirement to hold a Statutory Declaration and to complete the form of undertaking for this position
