What We Look For
We welcome educators who:
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognised university.
A teaching license is a plus.
Demonstrate a deep commitment to play-based, child-led inquiry.
Are collaborative, reflective, and eager to document the “100 Languages” of children.
Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional teaching experience, preferably within a Reggio-inspired or inquiry-based setting.
Have a respect-based and responsive pedagogical approach to working with young children.
Commit to making learning visible through pedagogical documentation and a reflective teaching practice.
Able to provide original academic transcripts and a clean international police check for work permit authentication.
