Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board (WWETB) invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of:
Post Primary Teacher
Science and Mathematics
St. Declan’s Community College, Kilmacthomas, Co. Waterford
Specific Purpose Contract covering a Period of Leave
until approx. 29/05/2026
The role of the teacher is to educate in accordance with the Teaching Council’s Code of Professional Conduct for Teachers, to provide learning and support, as appropriate, and to teach the curriculum subject area(s).
The successful applicant will be expected to teach junior cycle science and leaving certificate mathematics. They will also be expected to teach learning support classes and work as a co teacher in other classes.
The successful applicant should be willing to participate in and contribute to the extra curricular life of the school.
