An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a part time 0.5 position i.e 16 hours spread over five days.
Essential: Previous experience of working with children with ASD and additional needs,
Desirable: First Aid qualifications and computer competence.
Candidates must be able to work well within a team, display a strong work ethic, be flexible and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training.
Appointment will be subject to Vetting requirements as detailed in DES Circular 0031/2016 and Occupational Health Screening. Please include PF1 Form if applicable.
This position is subject to NCSE review.
