Additional Information:
St Mark's JNS will serve as the base school for the supply panel teachers. Supply panel teachers will fill in short-term absences in 8 schools in the local area in a variety of settings. It is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a variety of educational settings: Junior/ Senior, Vertical schools, Multigrade, DEIS, ASD and EAL.
Supply teachers will be eligible to apply for travel expenses (circular 09/2015). The short-listed candidates will be contacted by email in relation to interview date.
Supply panel teachers will be appointed to St Mark's JNS (the base school) under a Fixed-Term Contract until the 30th of June 2026.. The supply teacher will have the same school holidays as the base school.
Service on the Supply Panel may lead to inclusion on the Supplementary Panel of the Catholic Archdiocese of Dublin, subject to the rules of the panel in operation in the coming years.
Good classroom management skills, organisational skills and flexibility are essential for this role.
