We are looking to appoint an administrative Principal with effect from February 2026 (subject to negotiation and mutual agreement) to lead our school in the next stage of its development.
Are you passionate about education & about the Educate Together ethos? If so, we are looking for you to join our happy, progressive school community and play a leading role in shaping and championing our ethos and culture. As Principal you will work closely with our in-school management team and wider staff to ensure we provide the best possible educational experiences & outcomes for our children.

• Proven leadership skills, evidenced in a previous management role, including policy development and implementation.
• A clear understanding and knowledge of special education, inclusive education and diversity in education.
• Evidence of familiarity with, and commitment to, the Educate Together ethos.
Additional skills and experience that are desirable:
• Ability to foster and to further advance a positive school culture that supports excellence in learning and teaching
• A collaborative approach to working with neighbouring schools, school principals & schools in the wider ET network.
• An ability to work with staff and outside agencies to promote pupil wellbeing and provide children with the knowledge, skills and competencies to help them deal with challenges.
• Excellent communication skills expressed both in leadership and teamwork.
• Strong organisational skills & experience in prioritising, planning and organising the workload.
• Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives.
• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD) & a willingness to undertake further CPD as required.
