St. Laserian's School is a special school; we educate students aged 5-18 with Mild, Moderate, and Severe to Profound I.D. Many students have complex needs.
Experience of working with children/young adults with an Intellectual Disability and with Autism is an advantage, as is experience in using LÁMH and training, knowledge, and experience of managing behaviours that challenge but not essential.
We are interested in teachers who are passionate, caring and professional, and who will join our established team in making a difference in our learner's educational journey.
CPD will be provided.
This position is for a class catering for children with Mild GLD - there will be an upcoming second maternity position in the school which may be filled through this process.
