The position is for an SNA to support pupils across both mainstream and special classes. Newcestown NS is a Catholic Primary School with 2 special classes.
We are seeking to appoint a team player who has experience of working as an SNA in a similar school context. Qualifications and evidence of ongoing CPD in relation to supporting the care needs of pupils is desirable. Applicants should have experience of supporting pupils with intimate care needs, sensory needs and communication difficulties.
Only short listed candidates will be contacted.
Applications should be clearly marked 'Application for Substitute SNA' on the outside of the envelope. Candidates called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications. Appointment will be subject to current Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
