An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

SET teacher needed for fixed-term post - until June 2026. Applicants must have a certification to teach religion and be able to teach Irish at senior primary level. While this role is for SET you may be in mainstream/ASD class covering on occasion. We are in a position to support Droichead.
Assumption Senior Girls NS is a senior girls school with one ASD class. You'll be joining the Deputy Principal on the SET team, alongside three other SET teachers. We have a high proportion of EAL pupils, so you will be primarily supporting children with PLC through small group withdrawal.
