An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
A recognised qualification to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is essential. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will initially take up the role of a Special Education Teacher. The successful candidate may be deployed in a Mainstream Class setting depending on the needs of the school. We invite applications from candidates who are interested in joining the St. Brigid's team, i.e. teachers who are resourceful, flexible and interested in contributing to a collaborative work environment. We are seeking a team player who is willing to work collaboratively with other members of staff and contribute to the overall development of the school.
