This is a very exciting opportunity to join a thriving school with an outstanding reputation in both local and international sport. The EIC are seeking to appoint a dynamic, innovative and driven leader to successfully guide the department through our next exciting phase of expansion.
Athletics, Football, Basketball, Volleyball & Swimming form the mainstay of our focused competitive sports where we have an esteemed record within the local community. Innovation and a dynamic vision are imperative to help ensure the school maintains its sporting edge.
The Physical Education Department is a leading department within the school, producing outstanding results and is blessed with a 4 lane 25m pool, 8-a-side astro turf football pitch, 2 full-size basketball & volleyball courts along with a 10m Climbing Wall.
As well as liaising closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will take strategic oversight of Physical Education within the School, developing the sport curriculum by maintaining a strong Primary Physical Education timetable and overseeing the delivery of IGCSE & A-level P.E. Sport is a central feature of our school, with an emphasis on engagement and participation, as well as an enjoyment of winning a variety of district, regional and national trophies across a plethora of sports.
