We are seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic Special Needs Assistant (SNA) to join our Early Years team in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
The successful candidate will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for SEN pupils in Early Years.
Assist with learning, play, social and emotional development.
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual support plans.
Encourage independence and inclusion within the classroom and school community.
Requirements:
Experience working with young children (Early Years preferred).
A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Patience, empathy and a positive, proactive approach.
