The Board of Management initially advertised this permanent vacancy on this website on the 24th day of June 2025 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Kildare and Leighlin. The closing date for receipt of expressions of interest was the 29th day of June, 2025.
The closing date for submission of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by 3 days by advertising on this website on the 1st day of July, 2025.
The Board of Management is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open competition.
A recognised qualification to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school as well as a qualification to teach Irish is essential. The post is for a mainstream class teacher and the successful candidate may be allocated to a classroom or to a role as a Special Education Teacher.
Applicants should apply by 12 noon on the closing date and interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place on August 29th from 5pm.
