An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
We have the following vacancies:
- 2 x fixed term positions
- 1 x fixed term EAL position - This position has been approved provisionally until October 24th. It will be retained as a fixed term position for the remainder of the school year, pending confirmation that the school achieves the projected enrolment figures for pupils that require language support (conditional on 30 September 2025 enrolments).
- 1 x specified purpose position
One application is sufficient to be considered for all teaching vacancies.
The successful candidates should ideally have:
- Knowledge of SEN and EAL and a commitment to inclusion and diversity.
- A special interest in early childhood education.
Successful candidates may be employed as either mainstream teachers or Special Education Teachers. Duties may be subject to change.
Appointments are subject to satisfactory references, OHS screening and current Garda vetting requirements.
Invitation to interview of selected candidates will be issued by email.
Closing date and time: 5:30pm on 22nd July 2025
