a) Typed applications only will be accepted on the application form available below (word format on the school website if needed). Please state clearly on the form that you are applying for the Gaeilge and English vacancy.
b) Completed typed application forms, along with a letter of application, should be emailed to: vacancies@millstreetcommunityschool.ie no later than 12noon on Thursday, 7th August 2025.
c) Experience and/or Qualification(s) in Additional Educational Needs, particularly ASD, is desirable, but not essential. Please detail any experience and/or qualification(s) on the application form.
d) Shortlisting may apply and only those candidates shortlisted for interview will be contacted.
e) Appointment will be subject to the provision of transcripts of results and 3rd level qualifications, Teaching Council Registration in Gaeilge and English, Garda Vetting and Child Protection documentation.
f) Appointment will be subject to sanction by the Board of Management of Millstreet Community School and the Department of Education.
g) Sanctions, conditions of service and appointment, qualifications, salary scales in accordance with the regulations of the Department of Education.
h) Canvassing will disqualify.
