An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
The Board of Management of Scoil Cholmcille, Mount Hanover, initially advertised this permanent vacancy on staffroom.ie on the 25th day of June 2025 for teachers listed on the Supplementary Panel for the Diocese of Meath. The closing date was the 29th day of June 2025.
The closing date for submissions of expressions of interest from teachers on the relevant Supplementary Panel was extended by advertisement on staffroom.ie to the 2nd July 2025, in line with circular 0090/2024.
As no valid applications were received during either period, the Board of Management is now proceeding to fill this permanent vacancy through open competition.
This is a shared Special Education/Principal Release Post with Newtown NS, Ardee.
Candidates must have a recognised qualification to teach Religious Education and up to date Garda Vetting.
