An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Candidates must be able to work well as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team of teaching and non-teaching colleagues, have strong interpersonal skills, be good communicators, be flexible, display strong work ethic and demonstrate a willingness to engage in further training. Please include all requested documentation and a copy of Statutory Declaration. Appointment will be subject to Garda vetting and occupational health screening. Initial duties may be subject to change. These temporary positions will commence on August 27th 2025.

In addition to the three fixed-term positions, the school has one long-term specific purpose contract position to fill. This will be a mixture of Maternity Leave and EAL hours and will last for the majority, if not for all of, the school year.

Lastly, the school has two further specific purpose positions to fill which will run from 27/08/25 - 9/11/25 and 27/08/25 - 26/10/25.

The positions on offer are both in mainstream and SET.
