CRC School is a special school for children with physical disabilities and who may have a secondary disability. The school is under the patronage of the Central Remedial Clinic. The pupils are aged 3 -18 years. The school has a preschool, primary and post-primary.
This advertisement is for two fixed term position - one position is for the full school year, the second position is for a fixed term position from the start of the school year to October 23rd 2025.
Essential Criteria:
Applicants should be fully qualified and currently registered with the Teaching Council.
At least one year's experience teaching in a special education setting
Experience devising IEPs
Familiar with technology
Desirable Criteria:
Experience working with challenging behaviour
Experience / training in augmentative and alternative forms of communication
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
Applicants are asked to ensure they fulfill all essential criteria and have included all required documentation with application. Incomplete applications will not be considered under any circumstances.
Short-listing may apply.
Appointment is subject to Garda vetting, medical fitness and reference checking. The successful candidate should be available two days before the official starting date for Croke Park Days.
Interviews will be held the second week in July.
