The Board of Management of St. Peter's National School is advertising 2 fixed term positions (1st of September 2025 until the 31st of August 2026) with initial duties available in either mainstream or support teaching. Closing date for receipt of applications is 5p.m. on Wednesday, 25th of June 2025.

Proficiency in music and/or sport would be an added benefit.

St. Peter's NS has been designated by the Department of Education and Skills as a base school for the Dublin North Central Primary Supply Panel (2025/2026).
There are seven fixed-term position vacancies for the 2025/26 school year.
The purpose of the Supply Panel is to provide substitute cover in a designated cluster of schools for teachers who are absent on short term substitutable leave. Supply panel teachers will
- be appointed to St. Peter's NS (the base school) under a fixed-term contract for one year from the 01/09/2025 until the 31/8/2026.
- be required to provide substitute cover in all schools (25 in total incorporating schools in Phibsboro, Cabra, Drumcondra, Broombridge and the city centre) in a designated cluster and may be deployed into a variety of settings including various class standards (including multi-grade), special education settings and Irish -medium schools.
Supply panel teachers will gain great experience in a range of different settings as well as the flexibility of working in mainstream, SET, special classes, multi-grade settings etc.
