St Brigid's NS invites applications for 2 fixed-term teaching positions. The successful candidate(s) may be assigned to a mainstream class or special education teaching position - the final decision on assignment will be determined in line with school needs and priorities. Initial Duties may be subject to change as required by the School.

• The closing date for receipt of applications is 26/06/2025.
• Applicants are required to provide evidence of a recognised qualification in Religious Education.

Desirable Requirements:
• Candidates must show a willingness to work well as part of a team, be adaptable, and exhibit a robust work ethic.
• Experience in leading choirs, sacramental music and musical initiatives is highly desirable.
Experience in leading extra-curricular and after-school activities is desirable.
• Experience of working with children with complex needs in a mainstream setting
Experience working in a DEIS setting is highly desirable
Copies of certificates, diplomas, and degrees are to be presented at interview, if called for interview. Please ensure you include a copy of your teaching practice grades.

The appointment will be subject to but not limited to satisfactory references, evidence of qualifications, Teaching Council confirmation of registration, compliance with current Garda Vetting and OHS requirements
