Féadfar painéal inmheánach d’iarratasóirí oiriúnacha a bhunú chun folúntais a líonadh a d’fhéadfadh teacht chun cinn laistigh de thréimhse ama ar leith ón dáta a fhaomhfaidh an Bord an t-iarrthóir rathúil (ceithre mhí i gcás poist mhúinteora agus fad na scoilbhliana do phoist CRS).

1. Applications will be accepted by email only to position@sspeterandpauljns.ie
2. Subject line of application email must read 'Supply Panel Application 2025'
3. SS Peter and Paul JNS has been designated by the Department of Education as a base school for the Primary Substitute Supply Panel. The purpose of the Substitute Supply Panel is to provide substitute cover in a designated cluster of 8 schools in Balbriggan and Lusk, for teachers who are absent on short term substitutable leave.
4. Supply panel teachers:
a. Will be appointed by SS Peter and Paul JNS (the base school) under a fixed-term contract of one year.
b. Will be required to provide substitute cover in all schools in the designated cluster.
c. May be deployed into a variety of (i) settings, including various class standards and Special Education settings including ASD classes; (ii) school contexts, including English medium, Irish medium, and a variety of patronages.
5. Appointment is subject to satisfactory references, current vetting requirements, satisfactory pre-employment medical screening via the OHS, and, Patron approval.
6. The successful candidates may be required to participate in in-school training and planning prior to the school reopening to students on 28th August 2025.
7. Travel expenses will be payable to the Supply Panel Teacher under the normal rules - see Circular 0009/2015.
8. Please see Circular 0059/2019 for further information on the Supply Panel Scheme.
9. Latest date and time for accepting applications is 5pm on 25th June 2025.
10. Interviews expected between 12th - 15th July 2025, but this may be subject to change.
