An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Killoughteen NS invites applications from highly dedicated candidates. We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, can contribute to our team and work on his/her own
initiative.
Candidates must be willing to undertake CPD courses which relate to the needs of the children & the school.
We have 2 special classes for Autism. Knowledge and experience in this area is desirable.
Killoughteen NS is a mixed, Catholic school with two Autism classes. These vacancies are for a one-year Fixed Term contract.
There are 2 mainstream positions, and an Autism class position. Positions are subject to change at the discretion of the Principal at any stage.
