St Audoen's NS is a DEIS Band 1 primary school with a strong commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and trauma-informed practice. We are seeking a motivated, reflective and child-centred teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis for the 2025/2026 school year.
As a trauma-informed school, we prioritise the wellbeing of both students and staff, and foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative working environment. Our school places a strong emphasis on creating opportunities for all learners to succeed, and we are looking for a teacher who shares this vision.
Candidates should demonstrate:
A strong understanding of inclusive and trauma-informed practices.
The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative teaching team.
Experience or interest in working in a DEIS setting.
High expectations for pupil engagement, progress and care.
Knowledge and experience of the Primary Language Curriculum, guided reading, early intervention programmes and classroom-based support models will be considered advantageous.
