Additional Information:
Candidates are required to have the minimum qualifications as per DES guidelines.
Experience of working in primary school settings is advantageous. Additional, relevant courses successfully completed would be highly desirable.

Knowledge and experience of working with children with ASD is also desirable.

Candidates should have an excellent understanding of dealing with pupils with challenging behaviours.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent care skills for pupils with complex medical conditions.

The successful candidates will be joining a well-established team and will be expected to have very good interpersonal skills, demonstrable team-work abilities and a keen willingness to take the initiative.

Appointments will be subjected to current Garda vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
