2. Experience of teaching in a multi -cultural setting.
3. Strong leadership skills and experience of managing people. (in any setting)

5. Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Proven ability to work as part of a team and to foster leadership in others.
