Behaviour Analyst

ABACAS Kilbarrack Special School invites applications for the position of Behaviour Analyst, commencing August 27th 2025. The successful candidate will be employed by the Board of Management and will oversee a caseload of 54 students, in addition to supervising multiple trainee behaviour analysts.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
 Hold a Master’s degree in Behaviour Analysis.
 Be BCBA-certified.
 Have 3+ years’ experience supporting children and young people who are autistic and have cooccurring complex needs.
 Have experience working in the Irish education sector
 Possess excellent organisational and leadership skills.
