Job Summary
The British School of Brasilia is now seeking an inspirational and energetic person to lead our school through our next, crucial stage of development.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of strong leadership and possess the ability, energy and aspiration to lead a team in pursuit of the highest educational standards.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly capable educator who relishes the challenge of firmly establishing BSB as the school of choice in the city.
A key priority for the successful candidate will be to fully establish our Secondary School with particular focus on the IB Diploma programme and entrance to top universities both nationally and internationally.
Suitable candidates for this post must be able to:
Lead the strategic planning and development of the school
Foster high standards, bringing out the best in every member of the school
Ensure that the school is staffed properly with people of the highest possible calibre
Provide an excellent education for every pupil
Communicate efficiently and effectively with all stakeholders
Contribute significantly to the development of the British Schools Foundation
Commit to leading the school through a successful BSO inspection
