The Green is a Catholic all-boys secondary school catering for over 800 boys. The school is proud of its record in the provision of quality education to families in Tralee and the surrounding area.
The Board invites applications for the following posts:-
Special Needs Assistant
Applications are invited for two permanent SNA positions of 32 hours, which are available following an SNA review conducted by the NCSE.
These are permanent posts sanctioned by the NCSE and approved by the Department of Education.
The positions can only be filled in accordance with DoE regulations and pending approval of the Department of Education and the Board of Management of CBS The Green, Tralee.
Relevant experience in working with post-primary students with complex care needs, communication difficulties, autism, diabetes, epilepsy, emotional and behavioural difficulties, physical disabilities and working with a variety of care needs is essential. The SNA will support students with Autism and Multiple Disabilities who have access to a special class setting.
Applicants can submit a certified copy of their Panel Form 1 if applicable.
Appointments are subject to Medical Fitness and Garda Vetting.
