Naas Community National School opened in September 2010. The school has 13 mainstream classes and 7 full time SET teaching staff. Naas Community National School, is part of a relatively new model of primary school established to answer the changing needs of Irish society. National Vetting Bureau and Occupational Health
All new employees must be Garda Vetted under the new arrangements made with the Teaching Council. The school must have proof of this before a teacher is allowed to take up work. Teachers will also have to complete OHS with Medmark prior to taking up the role.
