Danu Community Special School, has a Bus Escort Vacancy in the D.15 area.
Under the Patron DDLETB, Danu CSS is a special school in D.15 that caters for students with ASD with moderate/severe general learning disabilities and complex needs. Students are aged between 4-18 years.
We are seeking one Bus Escort to support and supervise our students whilst they come to and from school on transport. The candidate should have experience in working with and an understanding of special needs and be able to deal with parents and staff in a professional manner. Applicants must supply character reference and Garda Vetting is mandatory. The role is approximately 10 hours per week with rate of pay €13.40 per hour. Employment is during school term only. Holiday pay is at a rate of 8% per per hours worked and paid 3 times per year. The post is an non-pensionable post. Interviews will be held on 21.8.24.
