An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Applicants should have qualifications as per Department of Education & Skills Circular 0030/2019.
Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team, be flexible, display strong work ethic and demonstrate a willingness to avail of further training.
The position will involve working in a special class for children with autism therefore experience in such a setting would be highly desirable.
Appointment is subject to current vetting requirements, Occupational Health Screening and completion of the on line TUSLA Child Safeguarding training.
Applicants who are deemed to be a member of the supplementary panel must furnish a certified copy of completed Panel Form 1 (PF1) with their application. This must be displayed at the very front of your application with your cover letter.
Any canvassing will disqualify without exception.
The position is subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
