An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
St. Anne's NS is opening an ASD Class in September.
There are currently 2 positions available:- a permanent infant day (0.83) post and a fixed term fulltime post to cover a job share for the school year 24/25.
The Role of the SNA is as set out in DES Circular 30/2014.
A Level 5 or Level 6 Qualification in Special Needs Assistance is essential.
Experience in an ASD Class is advantageous.
Only those candidates shortlisted for interview will be contacted.
The positions are subject to NCSE allocation and SENO review.
