This position will require availability to work 5 days per week, for 1-1.5 hours per day split between morning and afternoon.

Candidates should be resilient, kind and caring, be able to demonstrate patience and flexibility,and have excellent teamwork skills. You will be joining a proactive, hands on, and supportive
team and school environment.

The successful candidate will be:
• Responsible for assisting pupils in and out of the bus and to ensure pupils' safety when travelling
• Responsible for observing and supervising pupils while travelling
• Responsible for communication between home and school
Escorts must have their own transport to and from the drop off point agreed with the bus contractor.
Appointment is subject, but not limited to satisfactory references, current Garda vetting requirements, an occupational health screening and Tusla child Safeguarding training.
