We are seeking an experienced and dynamic full time Childcare Manager to join our team here in Claremorris in our purpose built facility. The role is to manage all aspects of the day to day organisation and operation of the Centre to the highest standards and to lead and inspire the staff team with best practice standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly driven, experienced, motivated individual.

* Minimum QQI level 6 in childcare or the equivalent

* Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role

* Completed Garda vetting/police clearance

* Ability to take initiative and lead a team

* Ability to liaise with parents, guardians and families and build parental relationships

* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations

* Warm, caring and energetic individual with a genuine love for children and responsiveness to the needs of children
