Ursuline College Blackrock is a progressive all-girls secondary school in the Ursuline tradition, operating under the Le Chéile Schools Trust.
The Board of Management invites applications from suitably qualified teachers of Art for a maternity leave position. The contract will run from Monday 4th December 2023 until 31st May 2024. There is also the option of the successful candidate continuing the Art cover on a parental leave contract from 28th August through to 31st December 2024.
Candidates should submit the information requested below to ursulinejobs@urscorkb.com on or before Monday 16th October 2023.
• Covering letter outlining the reasons you would like to teach at the Ursuline Secondary School.
• A copy of your CV
• Letter from the teaching council stating the subjects you are registered to teach
• Copy of certificates, diplomas, degrees
• Referees (Written)
• Referees (name, role, contact no.)
The position can only be filled pending approval from the Director of Redeployment, Department of Education & Skills and the Board of Management of Ursuline College Blackrock.
Any appointment will be subject to registration with the Teaching Council and Garda vetting. In compliance with DES regulations, short-listing may apply. Only short-listed candidates will be contacted. All appointments are subject to the approval of The Director of Redeployment and to sanction by the DES.
