New Court School are seeking to recruit a number of 1:1 bus escorts to accompany individual students on school transport to New Court School, Bray , Co Wicklow. Candidates are required to have experience working with children.
The position is for approximately 4 hours per day in accordance with the school calendar. The bus escort will be required to meet the driver at 7:00 am daily to arrive at school at 8:55am. The afternoon run begins at 2:45pm. Terms and conditions are per relevant DES circulars. The escort is responsible for the safety of the children on board the bus and will be required to provide pupil care needs including but not limited to assisting the pupils getting and off the bus, securing seat belts etc. Appointment is subject to Garda vetting and appropriate references. Please supply references from your last employer.
Experience with children who have medical needs is desirable.
