An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

There are a number of positions available in the North Monastery Primary School this year.

4 fixed term positions for the full year

1 projected enrolment post. The initial contract for this post will be until the end of October - The post will be confirmed in October pending that the school has reached the required pupil enrolment number

2 EAL posts - again, these are dependent on our enrolment numbers, the initial contract will be until the end of October.

We also have a number of Maternity Leave Contracts starting in term 1.

Successful candidates may be asked to teach in any of the teaching roles in our school - i.e. Mainstream Class Teacher, SET Teacher, EAL Teacher, Special Class Teacher(ASD), etc.
