We welcome applications from SNAs who are excited to work with children with additional needs in our mainstream classes and/or in our two new Autism Classes, when they open.
Our school values all team members equally and Special Needs Assistants are an integral part of the school community. In our school, a key role of the SNA is to promote independence in the children with whom they are working. We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed SNAs who will play a key role in the growth of our developing school. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience of working with Autistic children and who are willing to collaborate positively with our dynamic team for the benefit of the children in their care.
Successful candidates for this position will be appointed to work with pupils in our Autism Classes and/or to work with any pupil in the school in our Mainstream classes in line with school needs and priorities. Candidates should be willing to engage in professional development to enhance their role. They will also be subject to current vetting requirements.
