St. Michael's House Grosvenor School, Leopardstown Road, Dublin 18 caters for pupils with moderate, severe/profound General Learning Disability and Autism with complex needs. The pupils' age range is from 4-18 years.
Essential requirements for this position are:
- Experience of working with pupils with General Learning Disability and Autism.
-Experience of working in a special school/special class setting. Familiarity with the maintenance of low-arousal environments and positive behaviour management approaches would be an advantage.
Special Needs Assistants who have panel rights should include a PF1 Panel Form with the application. The school is situated close to Junction 14 of the M50 and is within five minutes walk of the Central Park Luas station
