A number of vacancies are available in Bunscoil Chríost Rí, Turner’s Cross for the 2023/24 school year. Bunscoil Chríost Rí is a co-educational school with 470 pupils currently attending. There are currently 31 teachers and 8 SNAs on staff. We have a projected enrolment for the 23/24 school year of 481 pupils.
The positions that will be available for 23/24 school year are as follows:
Fixed Term Post 1: Fixed Term position for 23/24 school year.
Fixed Term Posts 2 & 3: These are both Projected Enrolment Posts - The initial contracts for these posts will be until the end of October - The posts will be confirmed in October pending that the school has reached the required pupil enrolment number/ New Entrant EAL number on 30th September 2023. If posts are confirmed,contracts will be fixed term for remainder of school year until 31st Aug 2024.
Fixed Term Post 4 : This is a Job Share position in Mainstream, week on/ week off for the 2023/24 school year.
Maternity Leave Positions: 3 x Maternity leave positions will also be filled from this recruitment process.
All of the above positions will be filled from this recruitment process.
Successful candidates may be asked to teach in any of the teaching roles in our school - i.e. Mainstream Class Teacher, SET Teacher, EAL teacher, Special Class Teacher(ASD), etc.
