The Red Door School is a school for children with Autism and complex needs. Experience working with children with ASD in a special school setting will be a distinct advantage. The successful applicant should demonstrate experience and competency in the use of augmentative communication and assistive teaching technologies for pupils with ASD, demonstrate the ability to work within and lead a class team, have experience working from behavioural support plans and managing challenging behaviour.
