Whitechurch NS has been serving the community since 1835. We recently celebrated the 10th anniversary of our new school building. The successful candidate will have the ability and motivation to lead St Patrick’s National School as an integral part of the community, aiming for excellence in all aspects of school life.

The following skills, experience and knowledge (in no particular order) are desirable:
• Proven leadership ability
• Willingness and ability to work as a member of a team
• A positive disposition to work with and to integrate pupils with special needs into the school community
• Teaching experience across all classes
• Experience of prioritising, planning and organising workload
• Continuing relevant professional development
• A track record of innovative school based initiatives
