The Board of Management of St. Nicholas' N.S. invites applications for the position of Teaching Principal.
The school is a vertical co-educational primary school with a Church of Ireland ethos.
Closing date for applications is Monday 30th May at 5pm. Applications received after this time will not be considered. Please mark envelope 'Principal Application.'

The roles and responsibilities for the post of principal are aligned to the four domains of leadership and management.
Leading teaching and learning
Managing the organisation
Leading school development
Developing leadership capacity

Applicants should demonstrate;
An understanding of and a commitment to the Church of Ireland ethos.
A good understanding of leadership, management and administration in a primary school context.
Have proven interpersonal, leadership and communication skills, an ability to implement school based initiatives, manage school teams and lead the school community.
