As a newly assigned DEIS school, we require a dynamic Guidance Counsellor to lead out on the fulfilment of our strategic goals in relation to guidance provision for our students. The candidate will have exceptional communication and networking skills and the ability to prepare and implement a whole school guidance plan aligned to the appropriate needs of the students. The candidate will have membership with the Institute of Guidance Counsellors and registration with Teaching Council.

Home Economics as an additional subject is an advantage for the first year or two until the Guidance role is developed.
