The following skills, knowledge and experience are desirable.
* Proven ability to work as a member of a team
* Evidence of continuous professional development in a leadership role, and the ability to promote a culture of learning and creativity in the school
*Excellent communication skills expressed both in leadership and teamwork
*Strong organisational capabilities to manage a busy school
* Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload
* Knowledge of Special Educational Needs and leading an A.S.D. class
Any offer of appointment will only be made where it is considered that a suitable candidate for the post exists.
