This is a part time position (0.5) with additional Croke Park hours.
Candidates are required to have qualifications as per DES guidelines.
The successful candidate must display a proven strong work ethic, flexibility and the initiative to work independently and as part of the school team. Experience working with children with ASD and knowledge of appropriate strategies to assist with ASD and challenging behaviour would be advantageous.
The following training will be advantageous; Occupational First Aid, training in Access and Inclusion, Early Childhood Care and Education and Manual Handling.
All appointments are subject to successful completion of Garda vetting procedure, Occupational Health Screening and completion of the online Tusla Child Safeguarding training.
Applicants who are deemed to be members of the supplementary panel must furnish a certified copy of completed Panel Form 1 (PF1) with their application.
