Ideally the successful candidate should have:
Previous teaching experience across all classes in a multi-grade setting.
Evidence of continuous and relevant Professional Development.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven Leadership skills with evidential experience of managing people in any setting.
Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
Experience in prioritising, planning and organising workload.
Experience in the development, implementation, operation and evaluation of innovative school-based initiatives, as well as previous experience in policy development.
An understanding and commitment to the ethos of a Catholic school.
Certificate to teach Religious Education.
Interviews will be held under Government Health Recommendations.
