St. Michael's House Special National School, Raheny caters for pupils with a Moderate General Learning Disability between the ages of 4 to 18. Many of the pupils have complex needs including Autism, physical disability, hearing impairment and some with behaviours that challenge.

An additional qualification and experience of working in Special Education is advantageous. However, a real interest and dedication to working with students with Special Educational Needs to help them achieve their full potential is extremely important.
