In due course, the successful candidate will work in the role of mainstream class teacher in St. Fintan's NS. However, applicants should note that from date of appointment and for the remainder of this school year the successful candidate may be allocated by the Principal to mainstream class teaching duties or to work in a special education / support teaching role. Support teaching roles in St. Fintan's NS involve teachers working both in-class and / or withdrawing small groups of children with learning needs. Support teachers may also work with individual children with learning needs.
