Cork ETB invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the post of Special Needs Assistants under Fixed-Term Contracts to take effect from 1st September 2021. Cork ETB are first recruiting for a General Panel to include Carrigaline Community Special School.

ETB is the Patron and management body for 28 Post Primary schools including 4 PLC Colleges, 2 Community National Schools and Carrigaline Community Special School which provides for the needs of children with autism and complex needs from age 4 to 18.

An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

Cork ETB operates an online recruitment system. Please visit the Recruitment section of www.corketb.ie where you will find the link to the Recruitment website. Completed application forms should be submitted online no later than 12 noon on Friday the 18th of June 2021. Please note it is one standard application process for SNAs for Cork ETB.

Appointments will be subject to Garda Vetting requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
